Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
- European Union: 7-14 business days
- United States: 8-15 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasonal volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any promotional free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Verako House is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to your order. Any charges levied on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Orders confirmed as lost will be replaced or refunded in full.
